Is the instant report really free?
Yes. Each website receives one free check of up to eight selected public HTML pages without contact details. Another free check of the same website is available after 48 hours; a confirmed package payment unlocks one immediate new check.
What does the Readiness Score measure?
It assesses technical access, entity and offer clarity, trust evidence, answer coverage and discoverability across the retrieved public pages. It does not query or rank the business live in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Perplexity.
Does the score guarantee better rankings?
No. It is an evidence-based website orientation and does not guarantee rankings or recommendations.
Why can the score change?
A new free measurement is possible after 48 hours or immediately after a confirmed package payment. The result can then vary because the website, retrieved content or AI-assisted assessment may have changed.
Which data is processed?
The website or business name, industry and publicly available website content are processed server-side. Email follow-ups require separate confirmation.
Does WhatsApp use an automatic bot?
No. WhatsApp is currently a direct line to a staff member. Replies are sent personally, not automatically.
Which pages does Lumo check?
The free check evaluates a maximum of eight relevant pages selected from internal links and the public XML sitemap. Every paid package crawls all publicly discoverable and technically retrievable HTML pages. The report lists every page actually retrieved and discloses failed pages or a technical safety limit. Blocked, protected, unlinked, JavaScript-only, image or PDF content may remain inaccessible.
Who can request paid LumoAi services?
Paid services are offered exclusively to entrepreneurs and other business customers acting for business purposes. The request form requires an explicit B2B confirmation.
What happens after I submit a fixed-price package enquiry?
Your details are saved under a LUMO reference number. A staff member reviews the request and confirms scope, price and payment personally. A contract and processing start only after that written confirmation and the agreed payment. Lumo then crawls the agreed public website; Plan and Fix Pack pass semantic quality control, while Strategy is personally reviewed.
Can I buy the Implementation Sprint online?
